Dr. Alireza Javadian – CTO
Dr. Alireza Javadian, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, holds a PhD in Architecture and Construction from ETH Zurich. He leads the development of Biowerkz’s cutting-edge technologies, with deep expertise in material science and engineering, particularly in sustainable building materials.
Yean-Chau Ong – COO
With over 20 years of experience in operations management, Yean-Chau Ong is the Chief Operating Officer at Biowerkz. He ensures that all aspects of production and logistics run smoothly, supporting the company’s ability to scale sustainably.
Egon Forster – Head of Product Development
Egon Forster, with more than 30 years of experience in product development and machine manufacturing, leads product development at Biowerkz. His extensive background enables the creation of high-performance biocomposites that meet market demands while maintaining sustainability.

Albert Dwan, an Acoustics Expert and Technology Systems Engineer at Arup Germany, brings over 10 years of experience in acoustic design and technology systems.
